I also wanted to try out various techniques this Pesty can use game wise. (Twin Scalpels FTW)

Bio:
Pestilence Jr. was adopted by the Trumpeteer at the end of WW2 after his big brother was captured, along with the other Horsemen, by Conquest. Since then, Pestilence Jr. has been training with the other Horsemen Jrs to reclaim back their masters and defeat Conquest once and for all (</stereotypical game plot>;)

Powers:
Just saying that his main method of attack are his scalpels and straps. The magic is not designed to kill but more to paralyze opponents and to make 5 star food in 10 seconds. True facts.
